There are 3 rooms that can be hired and a Kitchen

The Main Hall

  • This is 16mtrs x 9.3 mtrs.
  • It has a sprung wooden floor
  • It has a serving hatch to the kitchen and doors which lead out onto the terrace.
  • The maximum capacity of the Hall for a single hire is 155 which will include all support staff / entertainers / actors etc at the event.
  • The Main Hall has air conditioning for heating and cooling in the summer.
  • A sound system (bluetooth or SD card compatible) along with remote microphones is provided free of charge.
  • Note – there is a sound limiter fitted and hirer’s are advised to be shown how it works and how this can be reset if noise levels are breeched

Ground Floor Activity Room

  • This is 8 mtrs x 6 mtrs.
  • It has doors leading out onto the terrace.
  • For exercise classes, such as Yoga or Pilates, 10 or 11 attendees would be the maximum number for comfort.
  • For presentations, 40 seated would be the comfortable maximum.
  • The room has air conditioning for heating and cooling in the summer.

Upstairs Room

  • This room is 7 mtrs x 6 mtrs.
  • It is fully carpeted and has good under eaves storage space.
  • A small kitchen with a sink, fridge and kettle for tea and coffee adjoins this room.
  • For exercise classes, such as Yoga or Pilates, 10 attendees would be the maximum number for comfort.
  • For presentations, 30 seated would be the comfortable maximum.
  • It has 2 velux windows with blackout blinds creating a dark room for projected films etc.
  • The room has air conditioning for heating and cooling in the summer.

Kitchen

  • The kitchen can be used, without prior arrangement, for coffee and tea making and light refreshments that do not need cooking.
  • For any event that requires cooked food, then a nominal charge will be made to cover wear and tear and electricity costs.
  • Please note
    • Tea towels are not provided
    • The kitchen should be left clean and tidy
    • Nothing should be left in the fridge or freezer without prior agreement
    • All rubbish and recycling must be taken off the premises.
