Friday, Saturday, Sunday Evening, Main Hall  Hire

   From September 2023 and until further notice, we will only be taking bookings for events that finish by 7pm, (excludes Weddings, see below).  Requests for later finishing times will be at the discretion of the Bookings Manager.  (This to enable a full review of Terms and Conditions and processes to ensure late night bookings do not cause disruption to the local community).

Large Field below the Terrace

   £5 per hour.  Can be booked as an add on to the Main Hall booking or can be booked seperately.  Must be selected on Hallmaster at time of booking.

Children’s Party Hire (Main Hall)

   £65 for 3 hrs,   either 10am – 1pm or 2pm to 5pm  (extra hours at £15 per hour), please enquire.

   For small parties in the smaller rooms, please enquire for reduced rates

• Please allow enough time within the hire for setting up and clearing away
• A minimum of 15 minutes between classes is required
• For follow on bookings by the same hirer, please consider parking issues and make sure one class has enough time to leave the area before the next class arrives.
  
• Rooms, kitchen and toilets should be left clean and tidy 

Wedding Reception  Hire

• Friday 3pm to Sunday noon – £1,500 for exclusive use of hall.
