Spaces for hire

The hall can be booked as individual rooms, the whole space or anything in between - main hall, activity room and upstairs room, kitchen, toilets, and field. Suitable for classes, workshops, retreats, community events such as the monthly lunches and film club, meetings, conferences, training, exhibitions, product photo shoots and demonstrations, quiz nights, parties, weddings, naming ceremonies. We also have a large range of furniture, staging, crockery, cutlery and glassware available for use free of charge.

    • 16mtrs x 9.3 mtrs, with a sprung wooden floor with air conditioning and heating .

    • There is a serving hatch to the kitchen and patio doors which lead out onto the terrace overlooking the field.

    • The maximum capacity of the entire building is 155 which includes all support staff / entertainers / actors etc at the event. The hall can fit up to 120 for a seated dinner.

    • A sound system (bluetooth or SD card compatible) along with remote microphones is provided free of charge, as are the disco lights

    • The patio doors have curtains and the velux windows in the roof have black out blinds.

    • Note – there is a sound limiter fitted and hirer’s are advised to be shown how it works and how this can be reset if noise levels are breeched.

    • 8 mtrs x 6 mtrs, with a sprung wooden floor with air conditioning, heating and patio doors leading out to the terrace overlooking the field.

    • There is a 75″ wall mounted, wifi connected, smart TV, for presentations, TV and films.

    • The capacity for exercise classes, such as Yoga or Pilates, 10 or 11 attendees would be the maximum number for comfort. For presentations, 40 seated would be the comfortable maximum.

    • 7 mtrs x 6 mtrs, fully carpeted with good under eaves storage space and air conditioning for heating and cooling

    • There is a 85″ wall mounted, wifi connected, smart TV, for presentations, TV and films.

    • A small kitchen with a sink, fridge and kettle for tea and coffee adjoins this room.

    • Capacity for exercise classes, such as Yoga or Pilates, 10 attendees would be the maximum number for comfort. For presentations using the TV screen, 30 seated would be the comfortable maximum.

    • The 2 velux windows have blackout blinds to create a dark room for projected films etc.

    • The kitchen can be used free of charge for coffee and tea making and light refreshments that do not need cooking. Use of the kitchen is shared between both the downstairs rooms

    • For any event that requires use for the oven / hob then a nominal charge will be made to cover wear and tear and electricity costs.

    • Please note:

    1. Tea towels are not provided

    2. The kitchen should be left clean and tidy

    3. Nothing should be left in the fridge or freezer without prior agreement

    4. All rubbish and recycling must be taken off the premises.
